This year, we have decided to field more 6‑a‑side teams in the KWIK GRADE to place a stronger focus on skill development and game awareness before players move into 11‑a‑side competition. The smaller format gives players more involvement and better learning opportunities. We will monitor what other clubs are doing throughout the season and adjust team make‑ups if needed to ensure the best development outcomes for our players.
