Somerville is governed by an elected Management Committee. The Club Constitution defines the roles of the Committee, and establishes its powers and responsibilities for making decisions and the general running of the Club, whilst at the same time establishing boundaries and procedures for its work. Committee members are elected for one-year terms, with elections held annually at the AGM.
The Committee is empowered to create sub committees and working groups to further its work. These are shown in the diagram below.
