We’re looking for a coach to lead our Premier Women’s team, develop players and drive team performance
Develop players
Improve skills, confidence and game understanding.
Lead the team
Plan training, develop tactics and make smart game-day decisions.
Build team culture
Encourage teamwork, commitment and a positive environment.
Work together
Collaborate with the Premier Reserve coach, club management and committee.
You need to show the club that you can do three main things:
Coach and develop players
Help individuals improve their skills and confidence.
Lead a Premier team
Plan training, develop tactics and make decisions during games.
Build a strong team culture
Encourage teamwork, commitment and a positive attitude.
You don't necessarily need to have coached a Premier team, but they are looking for someone with strong hockey knowledge and coaching experience.
